Storm Documentation & Claims Support
Document what the roof shows.
Missouri ranked #2 in the US for property claims in Q2 2025, and 86% of them were wind or hail.1 The May 16, 2025 tornado (FEMA-4877-DR) caused an estimated $1.6 billion in damage across the St. Louis area.2 When a storm reaches your buildings, the question is what changed on the roof and when.
Our position
Documentation, not opinion.
We document storm-related damage thoroughly and provide the technical documentation needed to support an accurate claim scope.
We don't promise claim outcomes. We document what the roof shows.
What we don't doKnock on doors after storms. Promise that insurance will pay for a roof. Advise on your policy's coverage. Coverage questions belong to you, your policy, and your advisors.
Before the stormRoofs in our Maintenance Program have a dated condition record. When hail or wind hits, the comparison is already on file: what the roof looked like, measured the same way, before the event.
After the storm
Four steps.
- Inspection. We inspect affected roofs after a qualifying hail or wind event. Roofs under contract get it automatically.
- Documentation.Photos of damage by roof area, test squares, moisture readings, infrared where relevant, and measurements.
- Technical scope.A line-item repair or replacement scope that you, your adjuster, and your advisors can review.
- Repair or replacement. If work is approved, we do it and add it to the roof's record.
