A documented roof, every year, in time for your budget.
Every roof in the program gets scheduled inspections, routine maintenance, and a written condition report you keep. The report is the product: each year adds a dated, photo-backed record of the roof's condition, so you know what it looked like before the next storm, the next budget cycle, or the next sale.

Six reasons owners keep the program.
Pre-loss baseline
A dated record of condition before any storm. When hail or wind hits, you can show what changed and when.
Warranty compliance
Most manufacturer warranties require documented maintenance, not just inspection. Every visit is logged against your warranty's terms.
Capital planning
Remaining service life and a repair, restore, or replace outlook for every roof, every year.
Fewer leaks, longer life
Drains, seams, flashings, and penetrations cleared and repaired on schedule.
Storm response
After a qualifying hail or wind event at your address, we inspect and compare against the last baseline.
Sale and refinance ready
A continuous condition file to hand a buyer, lender, or insurer.

Priced by roof size. The rate drops as roofs get larger.
Each roof is priced as a base fee plus a per-square-foot rate above it. Roofs we installed get 25% off any plan. Roofs we didn't install start with a one-time enrollment inspection ($1,200 up to 40,000 sq ft), which becomes the baseline for every later report.

What the report is, and isn't
It is a dated, photo- and data-backed record of the roof's physical condition, owned by you, with the raw photos and readings kept unedited.
It is not an opinion on insurance coverage, a claim filing, or an engineering certification. Stamped engineer review is available as an add-on.
Put your roofs on a schedule before the next storm.
