ASSETROOF GROUP
REPLACE · 04

Plan major capital.

When replacement is the right call, scope it to the building and time it to the budget. Some roofs are past restoring. When that's the case, we tell you early enough to plan the replacement rather than react to it.

Systems we install

Two systems, chosen by the building.

Single-ply: TPO and PVC

The most common low-slope replacement systems. We price PVC alongside TPO where grease, chemical exposure, or owner preference calls for it.

Spray polyurethane foam

Seamless, with a protective coating, and it adds insulation value. Often applied over an existing roof where the moisture survey supports it.

What you receive

The Roof Capital Proposal.

  • The system, scope, and schedule, planned around tenants
  • Replacement and restoration (where viable) priced side by side
  • The manufacturer warranty
  • How the work fits your one- to five-year capital plan
  • After closeout: 25% off our Roof Maintenance Program, and the maintenance records your warranty requires
Energy and code

A reroof is the time to upgrade.

St. Louis's Building Energy Performance Standard covers buildings of 50,000 sq ft or more.1 A reroof is the easiest time to add insulation and a reflective membrane, and the proposal shows you the options.

Section 179

Make Your Next Roof Replacement a Financial Strategy

If a roof replacement is on your capital plan, now is the time to look at how Section 179 may factor into the decision. For qualifying commercial buildings, roof replacements may be eligible for first-year expensing instead of depreciation over 39 years. Connect with our team to review your facility, compare restoration and replacement options, and build a project plan that supports both roof performance and your broader financial strategy.
