This policy covers assetroofgroup.com, operated by Lanton Capital Group LLC, a Missouri limited liability company doing business as Asset Roof Group ("we"). It explains what information the site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
The site has no accounts and no tracking cookies. We receive information only when you send it to us:
- Request and contact forms. Your name, title, company, email address, phone number, role, what you need, the number of buildings and approximate roof area, how you heard about us, and your message.
- Property lists. If you attach one, the file you upload (PDF, Excel, CSV or Word) and the property details in it.
- Technical records. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) to run and secure the site.
The light/dark display preference is stored only in your browser (local storage) and is never sent to us.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, schedule inspections, and prepare reports, proposals and agreements you ask for.
- To keep a record of our work and correspondence with your organization.
- To send you follow-up related to your request. You can tell us to stop at any time.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Who processes it for us
Form submissions are delivered to our operations system and email. The providers that host the website, our operations system and our email process this information on our behalf under their own security commitments. We do not use advertising networks or third-party analytics on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep request and project records for as long as we work with your organization and for the period needed for our business, tax and warranty records afterward. Ask us and we will delete information we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us not to contact you. Write to anthony@assetroofgroup.com. We reply within one business day.
Children
This site is for businesses and their representatives. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new date.
