Information, not a contract
The site describes our services for general information. Nothing on it is an offer to perform work, and no agreement exists until both parties sign a written proposal or agreement. The scope, price and warranty for any job are set only by that signed document.
Published pricing
Prices shown for inspections, infrared surveys, maintenance plans and service calls are starting points for typical low-slope roofs in the St. Louis metro. They can change without notice and are confirmed in writing before any work. Restoration, replacement and storm work are quoted per building.
Not tax, legal, accounting or insurance advice
References to tax treatment, capital planning, reserves, insurance or claims are general and for discussion with your own advisors. We are not tax advisors, attorneys, accountants, insurance agents or public adjusters. Storm documentation describes the condition of a roof; it does not predict or promise the outcome of any insurance claim.
Roof conditions
Statements about roof service life, restoration candidacy and moisture are opinions based on inspection and testing of a specific roof at a specific time. They are provided in our written reports under the terms of the agreement for that report, not through this site.
Your submissions
Information you send through the site must be accurate and yours to share. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
Content and trademarks
The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. Asset Roof Group and the ARG seal are trade names and marks of Lanton Capital Group LLC.

No warranty for the site; limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and any dispute about the site is heard in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri.
