Know the condition.
Condition data you can underwrite, budget, and defend. A roof's surface can look fine while the insulation underneath is saturated, and wet insulation is what decides whether a roof can be restored or has to be replaced. Our inspections are built to answer that question.

Same method, every roof, every year.
The value of an inspection compounds when the next one is done the same way. Fixed photo points and the same readings at the same locations let you see what changed.
- Walk-on inspection of the membrane, seams, flashings, drains, and penetrations
- Moisture readings and fixed photo points, repeated on every visit
- Infrared moisture survey of the full roof, where conditions allow
- Measurements checked against aerial imagery
- A written report within 5 business days, with a recommended action for each roof: maintain, repair, restore, or replace
Map the wet insulation instead of guessing.
Wet insulation holds heat differently from dry. An infrared survey maps it across the whole roof, and we confirm suspect areas with moisture readings and cores where needed.
The output is a moisture map that shows where a restoration is viable and where wet areas have to be cut out and replaced first. It's the single most useful piece of information in a restore-or-replace decision.
